Pam - I cook the garli...Thank for the comments :-)<br /><br />Pam - I cook the garlic with the skin on in with the onions so it's a much milder flavour. Unless I want "garlic bread" I tend to do this as it can overpower the more delicate flavours. Oliver is doing great thanks.
